Why Mahavisnu Shows Symptom of Old Age in the form of Advaita Acarya

When Lord Krishna appears in this world, He appears in His transcendental form. Thus, He never shows symptoms of old age. However, when Maha Vishnu appears as Advaita Acarya, He shows symptoms of old age. How is this to be understood?
